Abstract:
THE COMMISSION NEEDS TO DETERMINE WHAT FUTURES-RELATED ACTIVITIES ARE BEING CONDUCTED BY 700 REGISTRANTS WHO ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REGULATORY OVERSIGHT BY ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL OR PRIVATE ORGANIZATION. THE RESPONSES TO THE SURVEY WILL ASSIST OUR LIMITED STAFF IN EFFICIENTLY ASSESSING WHETHER THE REGISTRANTS ARE COMPLYING WITH THE COMMISSION'S RULES.
