THIS COLLECTION IS REQUIRED IN COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. EXPORT REGULATIONS. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY U.S. EXPORTERS PROVIDES THE BASIS FOR DECISIONS TO GRANT LICENSES FOR EXPORT OR REEXPORT AND CLASSIFICATIONS OF COMMODITIES, GOODS, AND TECHNOLOGIES THAT ARE CONTROLLED FOR REASONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND FOREIGN POLICY.
