Abstract:
INFORMATION FOR PERMIT APPLICATIONS IS REQUIRED BY TITLE V TO DEVELOP APPROPRIATE PERMIT TERMS. REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING ARE REQUIRED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PERMIT AND APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS. THE PRIMARY SEGMENT OF THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 35,000 BUSINESSES (RESPONDENTS).
