THIS INFORMATION TO BE COLLECTED UNDER THESE REGULATIONS IS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE EMISSIONS MONITORING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACID RAIN PROVISION OF THE CAA. THE REVISION FROM EARLIER REQUIREMENTS ARE FOR CLARIFICATION. AFFECTED PARTIES ARE LIKELY TO INCLUDE ELECTRICITY GENERATORS.
