Terms of Clearance:
The FCC should consider moving the PRA Notice to the end of the instructions rather then its current position at the end of each separate application (FM, AM, and TV) certification section. The FCC shall also delete the OMB address from the notice. The FCC should delete the 'pending action' question from Section II item 11e of the form and modify the Instructions to Section II item E to reflect the 9/18/92 MOO on Character Qualifications.
