This collection is approved through July 31, 1996. EPA is continuing to work with the parties interested in this collection of information, and the associated rule, to identify further opportunities for reductions in reporting and recordkeeping burden. EPA is committed to make any rule changes that are necessary to implement such burden reductions. EPA should be prepared to include these changes when this ICR is submitted for approval in 1996.

Abstract:
The information requested by the agency is used to determine compliance with the rule.
