Abstract:
Rule15Bc3-1 provides that a notice of withdrawal from registra- tion as a bank municipal securities dealer is to be filed on Form MSDW. The Commission uses the form to establish whether it is in the public interest to permit a bank municipal securities dealer to withdraw its application and give certain information to the public.
