21 CFR PART 107 IMPLEMENTS THE INFANT FORMULA ACT OF 1980. THE SUBJECT REGULATIONS ESTABLISH CERTAIN REPORTING PROCEDURES, MANDATORY RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS, AND OPERATING PROTOCOL NECESSARY TO PERFORM AN EFFECTIVE RECALL FOR MANUFACTURERS OF INFANT FORMULA PRODUCTS.
