10 CFR 52 WAS CODIFIED TO ESTABLISH PROCEDURES, STANDARDS, AND CRITERIA GOVERNING STANDARD DESIGN CERTIFICATION OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS. THESE PROPOSED RULES WILL CERTIFY THE ADVANCED BOILING WATER REACTOR (ABWR) AND SYSTEM 80+ STANDARD DESIGNS.
