This ICR is approved on an emergency basis according to 5 CFR 1320.13 for 90 days. The agency should follow the procedures outlined in 5 CFR 1320.10 to request longer term approval from OMB. Abstract:
Requires offerors of Federal contracts over $100,000 to certify that they will comply with the applicable toxic chemical release reporting requirements cited in E.O. 12969 of August 8, 1995, "Federal Acquisition and Community Right-to-Know" and, if awarded a contract, shall notify the contracting officer of any change in exemptions the contractor has certified to.
