REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING INITIAL AND SUBSEQUENT INSURED OPERATING (OL) AND YOUTH (OL-Y) LOANS TO ELIGIBLE FARMERS, RANCHERS, FARM COOPERATIVES, CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS, AND JOINT OPERATIONS THAT WILL MANAGE AND OPERATE NOT LARGER THAN FAMILY FARMS.
