Abstract:
States and units of local government are required to submit to HUD and to implement a comprehensive affordability strategy (CHAS), community development plan, and application requirements for HOME, ESG, and HOPWA programs as a condition for receiving funds made available under title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended, the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, and the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
