The burden associated with these Subpart Ea requirements include: 20,488 hours of burden (down 62404 from 82892), and 0 (zero) capital, startup and O&M costs (that is, no NEW sources expected.) The ICR record reflects these burdens PLUS those of the Subpart Eb requirements, namely 152,623 burden hours, and total annualized costs of $2,210,000 (as approved through 1/99 on 1.96). The current ICR record thus reflects: 152,623 + 20,488 hours, and $2,210,000 in annualized costs. This 6/96 action incorporates a program change of -62,404 hours, and a program adjustment (to correctly reflect previous Subpart Ea burden which had been inadvertantly deleted) of +82,892 hours.
