Abstract:
Respondents are owners and operators of waste management facilities that receive wastes containing HAP from other facilities. Respondents must subnit one-time notifications and performance test reports, seminannual reports, occasional notifications, and maintain records. The EPA will use this information to ensure compliance with the standards.
