Abstract:
This collection allows APs of CTAs, CPOs, FCMs, and IBs to petition for exemption from the requirement of Rule 3.12 that they be registered. It also allows for petitions for exemption from the requirement that registrants re-register in certain cases. It further permits maintaining documents of compliance with ethics training requirements.
