Abstract:
State Employment Security AGENCIES use forms in servicing aricultural employers to ensure their labor needs for domestic migratory agricultural workers are met; in helping domestic agricultural workers in locating jobs expeditiously and orderly; and ensuring exposure or employment opportunities to domestic agricultural workers before certification for employment of foreign workers.
