Terms of Clearance:
This collection is approved as amended by FCS's revisions of 10/9/96 and on the condition that FCS work to create a new form based on the FCS 252-2 for use by restaurants. In light of the recent legislative changes, we encourage FCS to reevaluate the need for the information collected in the FCS-252 and work to revise the form to minimize the reporting burden placed on stores.
