In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and 5 CFR 1320, this infomation collection must include in all of the Paperwork Reduction Act statements the following: "An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information which does not display a currently valid OMB control number." In addition, the burden statements on each form's instructions should reflect the estimated burden associated with only that form, allowing more specific public comment. Burden estimates of fractional hours should be expressed in minutes where necessary to avoid confusion. This collection is not required to display the expiration date of the OMB control number.

Abstract:
This information collection requires certain landholders to complete forms demonstrating their compliance with the acreage limitation provisions of reclamation law. These forms establish each landholder's status with respect to landownership limitations, full-cost pricing thresholds, lease requirements, and other provisions of reclamation law; title II of Public Law 97-293 and regulations 43 CFR part 426.
