Abstract:
Sources must notify EPA of construction, modification, startup, shutdown, malfunction, date, and result of initial performance test. Owner/operator shall maintain records of data and calculations used to determine VOC emissions from monthly performance test and daily incineration temperature or amount of solvent recovered. Reports are quarterly if in violation, semiannual if in compliance.
