Abstract:
The information requested is statutorily required to compute payments due units of local government under the PILT Act (31 U.S.C. 6901-6907). The Act requires that the Governor of each State furnish a statement as to the amounts paid to units of local government under 11 receipt-sharing statutes in the prior fiscal year. (CFDA number 12.216)
