Abstract:
A company seeking exemption from the Acid Rain Program must submit information showing that it qualifies because it sells only incidental amounts of electricity under interconnection agreement with electric utility. Proposed rule establishes the exemption and sets forth the information requirement and the procedure for issuing a company an exemption.
