Abstract:
The Minerals Management Service uses the information to determine if the applicant filing for a lease in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) is qualified to hold such a lease, to verify qualification of bidders, and eligibility of joint bidders. Respondents are Outer Continental Shelf Federal sulphur or oil and gas lessees and bidders on OCS lease sales.
