Terms of Clearance:
The FCC has permission to delete the expiration date, provided it add revision date. OMB believes the FCC still needs to modify this form to meet the requirements of the Debt Collection Improvement Act. The FCC should use the Privacy Act/Burden Statement agreed to by the FCC and OMB. Finally, the FCC should review the Instructions for Section III on Legal Qualifications part D covering foreign ownership provisions in light of the recently completed WTO negotiations.
