Abstract:
10 CFR 150 provides certain exemptions from NRC regulations for persons in agreement States. It also defines activities in agreement States over which NRC regulatory authority continues, including certain information collection requirements. The information collected is used by NRC to make reports required by international agreements and to carry out safeguards programs.
