Abstract:
This information is necessary to make eligibility determinations for limited licenses for the groundfish and crab fisheries in the EEZ of Alaska. The respondents will be vessel owners (or their designees), as of June 17, 1995, who participated in the above mentioned fisheries from 1988 to 1995.
