Abstract:
U.S. tuna dealers who import or export bluefin tuna will be required to complete and transmit to NMFS a Bluefin Tuna Statistical Document (BSD) as required by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic tunas (ICCAT). Foreign tuna dealers who export to the United States must ensure that an original, validated BSD accompanies imports.
