Abstract:
This regulation promulgates the policies and procedures for disbursements of funds under the loan disbursement system and in establishing and using supervised bank accounts for the disbursement of funds on an as needed basis to substantially reduce interest costs to the borrowers, United States Treasury, and rural development.
