Abstract:
DD Forms 441, 441-1, and 441s are legally binding contractural documents that allow contractors access to classified information and obligates said contractors to adhere to the security requirements as prescribed in DoD 5220.22-D and DoD 5220.22-M. These requirements are essential to preserve and maintain the security of the United States.
