UNDER SECTION 3, AN ENTITY WISHING TO MARKET A PESTICIDE MUST APPLY FOR REGISTRATION BY SUBMITTING VARIOUS FORMS AND DATA REGARDING THE COMPOSITION, IDENTITY, LABELING, SAFETY, AND SOMETIMES THE EFFICACY OF THE PRODUCT.
