Abstract:
The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (section 403) and FDA's food labeling regulations (21 CFR part 101) establish requirements for the food producers to disclose on the labels of their products certain information such as the ingredients of the product, the net weight of the product, and nutritional information.
