Abstract:
FERC-537 information is required by the Commission to evaluate the feasibility of jurisdictional natural gas pipeline proposals that involve the acquistion, construction, and/or operation of facilities; provide for initial service (transmissions, storage, and/or sales); any change or termination of an existing operation/service; or involve the abandonment of any existing facility and/or service/operation. In addition, the information allows the Commission to monitor the activities that are proposed/authorized.
