Abstract:
FIFRA section 7 requires that the Agency collect information on pesticide production from pesticide-producing establishments. The establishments initially apply for registration of their producing establishment (EPA form 3540-8); notification of their registration is provided (EPA form 3540-8A); and following assignment of the Establishment Number (Est. #), the producing establishment must report pesticide-production (EPA form 3540-16) and annually thereafter on or before March 1st.
