Abstract:
10 CFR part 52 establishes requirements for granting early site permits; certifications of standard nuclear power plant designs; and licenses which combine a single license, a construction permit, and operating license with conditions (combined licenses). The part also establishes requirements for renewal of these permits, certifications, and licenses; amendments to them; exemptions from certifications; and variances from early site permits.
