Abstract:
The Clean Water Act section 301(h) program involves collection of information from municipal wastewater treatment facilities and the State in which the publicly owned treatment works (POTW) is located. The POTW seeking to obtain a 301(h) waiver provides applications, monitoring, and toxics control program information.
