Abstract:
Sources potentially subject to this standard are petroleum refineries: Subject sources have emissions requirements for opacity, sulfur oxides, and carbon monoxide. Consequently, these sources are subject to monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements so the EPA may target inspections and determine compliance.
