Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for three years. This ICR estimates burden for those activities believed to occur before 2002, namely, the activities of the 9 western States covered by Section 309(d) of the Regional Haze Rule. Future requests for extension of this ICR will include burden estimates for activities that will occur after 2002, including activities by those States not covered by Section 309(d) of the Regional Haze Rule. Befure resubmission of this ICR, the agency should reassess the estimates of burden taking into account State experience with the covered activities.
