Abstract:
The Minerals Management Service uses the information to ensure that operations in the OCS are carried out in a manner that is safe, pollution free, and does not interfere with the rights of other users in the OCS. Respondents are OCS Federal oil and gas and sulphur lessees or State lessees requesting right-of-use and easement on the OCS.
