Abstract:
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is submitting a Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for spiny dogfish. This submission requests the clearance of revisions to the Northeast Region's permit family of forms requirements. The new collection-of-information requirement resulting from implementation of the FMP are mandatory spiny dogfish operator, dealer, and vessel permits.
