Abstract:
Veterans, selected Reservists, and other beneficiaries send VA this form to apply for work-study allowance under 38 U.S.C. chapters 30, 31, 32, and 35; section 903 of Public Law 96-342; and 10 U.S.C. chapter 1606. VA uses the information on the form to determine eligibility for work-study benefits.
