Abstract:
At the completion of a cost reimbursement contract, contractors report final costs incurred, including direct labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and other direct charges, subcontract costs, consultant fees, indirect costs, and fees. Contractors report this information on EPA form 1900-10. EPA uses this information to reconcile the contractor's costs and determine proper reimbursement under the contract. Establishment of the final costs and fee is necessary to close out the contract.
