Approved consistent with DOL changes attached and clarifications given in conversation of 3-27-00. This collection is approved for 7000 respondents and 84,000 hours. Prior to sending this survey to an additional 53,000 respondents as discussed in this package, DOL will submit an information change worksheet (83-C) to OMB and describe and evaluate the preliminary findings from the initial 7000 respondents. In addition, DOL will reassess the burden per respondent of this survey at that time. Finally, DOL will keep a log of questions received by the help desk set up for the EO survey and share a summary of this log with OMB when submitting the 83-C.
