Abstract: The collection for which approval is sought here is necessary to match IPPCTP participants with job opportunties offered by employers in the United States. The collection is required to fufill the IPPCTP's congressionally-mandated goal of helping participants develop job skills and conflict resolution abilities in the diverse and prosperous United States environment. The respondents include entities wishing to provide employment opportunties to IPPCTP participants as well as persons selected for participation in the IPPCTP.
