Approved. OMB notes that this approval expired on 1/31/00 and therefore this action is a reinstatement. The ongoing use of these regulatory provisions between January 31, 2000 and the present represents a PRA violation and should be noted in the next published Information Collection Budget. ED should make a better effort in the future to prevent inadvertant expirations that lead to violations.
