Abstract:
This information collection program provides the EPA with the data necessary to determine whether to issue an experimental use permit under section 5 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended. Section 5 authorizes EPA to issue experimental use permits which allow pesticide companies to temporarily ship pesticide products for experimental use for the purpose of gathering data necessary to support the application for registration of a pesticide product.
