Abstract:
Section 342 of the Personal Responsibillity and Work Opportunity Act of 1996 (Pub. L. 104-193) amended section 454(15)(A) of the Social Security act requiring States to conduct annual reviews of the Child Support Enforcement program and to provide an annual report to the Secretary of their findings.
