Abstract:
38 U.S.C. 1506 requires accurate reporting of income. 38 U.S.C. 1521 sets the income limitations. 38 U.S.C. 6102 prohibits fraudulent payments. This form secures information from employers of individuals who may have been receiving benefits improperly.
