In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a period of three years. However, this approval does not extend to the collection of information associated with other OMB approvals cited in this package. Upon resubmission of this collection and the other collections cited in this submission, the agency must ensure that the burden imposed by the agency is properly accounted for in all collections. Specifically, the agency must reconcile or explain differences in the number of respondents in this collection and those used in other collections (e.g., 0575-0042, 0575-0094) but cited in this information collection. The agency must also demonstrate that the use of the information for the program described in this package is specifically cited in the other packages identified.
