Abstract:
Cities, counties, and states that have received program grants describe their recovery needs, develop action plans, and report performance on a Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System. This electronic data collection system has been placed on the world wide web. Grantees use the system and HUD field offices use it to review grantee action plans and performance.
