Abstract:
HUD is committeed to preventing predatory sales practices. However, HUD recognizes that justifiable circumstances may sometimes exist for the quick and profitable reseale of a recently acquired property. Therefore, HUD will, on a case by case basis, approve requests for exceptions to the restrictions.
