Abstract:
Sec. 5(a) & 7(f)(1) of USGSA and Secs. 203(h) & 205(a) of AMA mandate that upon request of other branches of the Government, State agencies, or private interests, USDA shall inspect, certify & identify the class, quality, quantity & condition of agricultural products shipped or received interstate & foreign commerce. Also, that USDA may enter contracts to provide services.
